Play hard....sleep anywhere!

Lincoln will just go and go and go until he crashes.
Usually it will get just a little too quiet in the room he's playing in...

It might have been his first Brewer's Game

Lincoln is the 3rd child and all of the assumptions about parents being a little more lax with the 3rd are true (oh boy, baby Evelyn...I'm really sorry for any implications this has for you).  Anyhow, neither Mike or I could remember if Lincoln had been to a Brewer Game before.  Lincoln couldn't remember either, so since we either did a terrible job of making it memorable or failed to take him, we proclaimed this year as his first game.

I asked him afterwards how it was.  "AWESOME mom, but maybe better if they had won."

Oh how they make me laugh

Boys are just such BOYS!  Good thing they make me laugh.
Such excitement for these new red goggles.
He insisted they would help with his Kumon.
Clayton loves working on creations - of all sorts...

And Brother Lincoln just cannot resist "looking" at them.
This isn't exactly how Clayton left his Lego creation before school.
This was the result of 5 minutes of Lincoln "looking" at it.

Lincoln asked why I was keeping such an ucky "pear" in the bowl.

Is it Spring yet?!

Spring has taken its time to get here this year but I suppose that has allowed us to really enjoy the signs that it is coming.

Time Outdoors
A New Pool...a little bigger this year...one step at a time to convince daddy to dig a big hole!
 Fresh Veggies
We joined HighCross CSA (Community Supported Agriculture).
The kids were SO excited to go pick up our first round of veggies.
Veggies reach our house within 24 hours of harvesting.  YUM!

 Building our own Garden
The bushes that we planted right off the kitchen didn't make it because the soil was too wet.  I suggested a garden and within a couple days Mike had purchased the materials and VOILA!  I guess it really doesn't take too much convincing when it provides an opportunity to use his tools.
