Hide and Sneak

Brooke learned a new game tonight - "Hide and Sneak" - we tried correcting her that it was "Hide and Seek", but she kept telling us it was our turn to sneak. Her favorite place to hide was in her tent and thought it was funny when Mike would search the whole room and just couldn't seem to find her. She tried hiding in the closet at one point but I think it was too dark - she got the door almost closed and decided that the tent was a better place to hide. When one of us would hide she'd also pretend not to see us and look in random corners yelling "where are you?"

One more story...here was the conversation that I overheard with Brooke and Mike yesterday morning...
"Daddy, I got an e-mail!!" (not really, just in her imagination)
"You did?! Who sent it to you?"
"Grandma Nancy."
"What did it say?"
"She sent a picture of me and Clayton....(short pause)...because it was on sale today."

Clayton has been a good mimic recently and our big accomplishment of the week was that he learned to blow his nose...or some version of it. (At least he doesn't scream any more when you bring a kleenex near his face.) He also has a favorite spot to sit.

And here's the famous tent...(purple of course.)
