And a few funny stories:
- Our household has been sick the past couple weeks which has led to some very interesting conversations and comments. Brooke informed me while she was eating her popsicle that Jesus made her tongue just so she could eat a popsicle...as though there were no other purpose in the world other than for her to eat her popsicle.
- Clayton's answer to everything is "I not know" he doesn't know his name, why he did anything, where he's going, what he's doing. Canned answer is always, "I not know" And, he just figured out this week that since he's not in a crib anymore he can actually get out of bed willingly anytime he wants. Boy, did that take a while - not that I'm complaining. But I do think it's cute that he'll come out of his bedroom, shut the door behind him and then come to find me.
- Clayton's also really into hiding recently. I love that he has to announce everytime he's hiding. He'll run behind the couch or into his room behind his crib and yell "I'm hiding!"
- Brooke and her friend Tommy were playing and I overheard many funny conversations but one of them, Tommy asked Brooke if she had big muscles or little muscles. Brooke replied very matter of factly that she has both - she uses her big muscles for big things and her little muscles for little things. Tommy's response - WOW! That's cool!
